3.30% (3.35% APR)* when Loan to Value is less than or equal to 80% (LTV ≤80% )
3.40%(3.45% APR)* when Loan to Value is less than or equal to 90% (LTV ≤90% )

Eligibility Criteria: Your home must fall within certain BER Ratings, the Credit Union may request a BER certificate, SEAI or equivalent certification or proof of upgrade works: BER A1–B3 – for new homes, BER B3+ – after retrofit
Deposit Required: 10% of house deposit is required
Borrow Between: €50K – €500K
Loan to Income: First Time Borrowers: Borrow up to 4 times your gross income — None First Time Borrowers: Borrow up to 3.5 times your gross income
Terms Available: 5-35 years
