Rebates* are as follows:
€1,000 for loans of €200,000–€299,999
€1,500 for €300,000–€399,999
€2,000 for €400,000–€500,000,
*Rebates will not exceed the legal fees actually incurred (valid solicitor invoice required).
Drogheda Credit Union is offering a promotional legal fee rebate on Green Mortgages. To qualify, applicants must draw down a Green Mortgage of between €200,000 and €500,000 within the promotional period, meet all standard lending, underwriting and affordability criteria, and ensure the property satisfies Green Mortgage eligibility requirements.
The rebate is a promotional benefit only and does not form part of the mortgage contract or impact the interest rate, APR or repayment structure.
