Mobile App Update
We are delighted to announce that our updated Drogheda Credit Union Mobile App is now rolling out to members. The new version features a fresh modern look, improved navigation, and an enhanced user experience, making it even easier to manage your finances on the go.
What you can do with our new app. Many of the features you know and use are still here -but now they’re easier, faster, and more intuitive to access:
Secure Access
- We use the latest security technology to keep your data safe. Login quickly and securely using your unique PIN, with complete peace of mind that your personal and financial information is protected
- You also have the option to login using Biometric recognition going forward if you choose to do so
Your Accounts, In Your Hand
- Instantly view account balances and recent transactions
- Monitor your financial activity with clear, easy-to-read information
Apply for a Loan
- Submit your loan application directly through the app – securely and at your convenience
- Upload supporting documents quickly using the in-app document upload feature
- Track the status of your application right from your phone
Make Transfers Easily
- Move money between your Credit Union accounts
- Transfer to external bank accounts (payees) safely and securely
- Create new payees easily and securely within the app
- Notify payees when a transfer has been made to them
Manage Your Information
- Change your PIN at any time for added security
- Update your emails address so we can stay in touch with you
- Review and manage your marketing consent
- Change your login from PIN to Biometric recognition
Contact & Branch Information
- Need to reach out or visit us in person? The app includes a Contacts & Branches information section where you can:
- Locate your nearest branch using our interactive map
- View addresses, opening hours and contact details for both our branches
Please note that members will need to re-enter their Member Number and PIN the first time they log in to the new version of the app. As the update is being released gradually, it can take up to 24 hours for the app update to arrive on members’ phones.
